It looks like it’s come straight from the 90′s, the days of the suckers believing the false promises of being rewarded for being the 100th visitor to the website (probably a decent achievement at some point in time).
The funny thing is – people STILL seem to be suckering for it. Take a look at the sometimes sob but mostly anger stories.
When my cheque comes, I’ll let you know.
Yeah, that’s like the prince / buisness man / deposed leader / brother of a rich guy, who lives in <insert random 3rd world country here>…hasn’t he been trying to get his money out of there since, like 1995.
Oh, if only someone would help him / her/ them/ it, i’m sure they’d be willing to let you keep some of the <insert suitable large amount of money in your local currency here>…
…lol, the intertubes…
Seriously though, theres people out there who beleive this stuff. (I have a sneaking suspicion that these same people watch FOX New).
