China's like this to I believe, could be wrong though. Can you imagine the uproar in the states if American ISP's blocked access to non-christian, non-westerner parts of the intertubes? Everyone and their grandmothers parakeet would be all "Oh, you can't do that, it's not fair, etc, etc." Something like that anyway...
