Analyt­ics as WMD (Weapons of Mass Delu­sion)
I still have a love/hate rela­tion­ship with analyt­ics. There is so much value, but then so much that we still need to know and so many times when the numbers just don’t make sense, rock­ing confi­dence in the whole medium/strategy. My number one wish is for a quan­tum leap in progress in analyt­ics in the next 12 months.

Twit­ter and other micro formats seem to have taken quite a toll on blog­ging. Is there still a place for them? I hope so, I’m not sure every­thing can be commu­ni­cated in 140 characters.
